Olivia Jones Campobello-Gramling Jr. High School

Although academic achievement is only the beginning of being a Beta Club member…it IS the beginning. Olivia Jones, a seventh grader at Campobello-Gramling Jr. High School, has exemplified this core value. Olivia has maintained placement on the A honor roll at her school and successfully competed on the school’s Battle Of The Brains Team with her special contribution to the team being spelling. This special talent has now qualified her to compete at the Scripps National Spelling Bee, June 2-4 in Washington, DC! This opportunity did not just come along for Olivia…she had to work for it! She first had to win her local and regional spelling bees in order to earn her spot in the national competition.

We congratulate Olivia on her accomplishments and commend her hard work and dedication to academic achievement!
